At Tri9 Store, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent by email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one item, they may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking code.
Possible Customs Fees
In rare cases, customs authorities may apply taxes or additional fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender, and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
