How do I place an order?
Visit our website, choose your product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your purchase through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Tri9 Store operates exclusively online.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most destinations. Available shipping methods will appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery: 5–12 business days depending on the destination and logistics provider.
You will receive a tracking code by email once your order ships.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Some devices may also support Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. All payments are processed securely online.
Can I change my order or address?
Orders can only be changed before they are processed. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No. If you want additional items, please place a new order.
Where do the products come from?
We work with logistics centers in multiple countries, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Shipments are made from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and product availability.
I only received part of my order. Is this normal?
Yes. Items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on the warehouse.
What is the return policy?
You have 7 days for dissatisfaction returns and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection.
My delivery is delayed. What should I do?
Track your order using the tracking code. If the delivery exceeds the estimated time, contact us for assistance.
