Refund Policy
At Tri9 Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the terms below.
Timeframes
Dissatisfaction: up to 7 calendar days after delivery.
Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days after delivery.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been modified or altered (e.g., removing bracelet links).
Once the item is received and approved after quality inspection, the customer may choose:

An exchange for another available product, or
 - 
A refund for the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable when the correct product is delivered in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a clear photo or video (up to 1 minute) showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Cosmetic damage after purchase (scratches, dents, cracked screen)
Liquid or humidity damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper use of accessories
Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.)
Stress tests and improper use (impacts, water exposure, excessive pressure)

Tri9 Store does not provide in-person technical repair services or authorized servicing centers.
